We collect information you submit to generate and deliver purchased products, including contact details and product intake responses.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. LaunchLoop does not store card numbers.

Analytics

We collect limited first-party usage events such as page views, checkout clicks, and campaign attribution. We do not intentionally place intake contents or email addresses in analytics events.

Service providers

We use Supabase for storage, Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, and configured AI providers for approved generation tasks.

Retention and requests

Records are retained as needed for delivery, support, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations. Contact support@example.com to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.

Security

We use access controls and server-side credentials, but no online service can promise absolute security.
